Account Deletion Request

Instructions for requesting the deletion of your Qodorat & More account

Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including progress, exam results, and subscription information, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • All practice session progress and statistics
  • All practice and mock exam sessions
  • Subscription history and payment records
  • Registered devices and app preferences

Note: Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by law, such as transaction records for accounting purposes.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly from the Qodorat & More mobile app:

1Open the Qodorat & More App

Launch the Qodorat & More mobile application on your device.

2Navigate to Settings

Go to your Profile or Settings section within the app.

3Submit Deletion Request

Find the "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion" option and follow the prompts to submit your request. You may be asked to provide a reason for deletion.

4Confirm Your Request

Review the information about what will be deleted and confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-30 days after approval. Your account will enter a grace period during which you can cancel the deletion request if you change your mind.

Grace Period: After your deletion request is approved, there is a grace period (typically 7-30 days) before permanent deletion. During this time, you can contact support to cancel the deletion if you wish to keep your account.

Alternative Method: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can send a deletion request to our support team:

Please include your account email address and clearly state that you wish to delete your account. For security purposes, we may require additional verification.

Data Retention

While most of your data will be deleted, we may retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or business purposes:

  • Information required by law or regulation
  • Information related to fraud prevention or security
  • Information related to ongoing disputes or legal proceedings

After Deletion

Once your account is permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to access any of your data or recover your progress. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Qodorat & More again in the future.
