Please read these terms carefully before using Qodorat & More. They govern your access to and use of the app.
Last Updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Qodorat & More ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Qodorat & More mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the App.
This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App, including for purchases made through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The App is intended for students preparing for the Saudi General Aptitude Test (Qudrat) and the Academic Achievement Test (Tahsili). You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the App.
To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:
To protect your account and our content, the App limits how many devices may be signed in to a single account at the same time. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not allow others to access the App using your credentials.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial exam-preparation purposes.
You may not:
Qodorat & More offers a free tier and an auto-renewable premium subscription.
New users receive a limited number of free practice questions to try the App. Full-length mock exams and unlimited practice require an active premium subscription.
A premium subscription unlocks unlimited practice questions across all subjects and difficulty levels, full-length timed mock exams for both Qudrat and Tahsili, detailed progress analytics, and weekly progress reports. The exact subscription title, billing period (for example, monthly), and price are displayed on the purchase screen within the App and on the App Store or Google Play before you confirm your purchase.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the standard price.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change applies to billing periods after the change takes effect. Where required, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent in accordance with the App Store and Google Play rules.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by the relevant platform in accordance with its policies; we do not directly process payments or issue refunds. Please refer to Apple's or Google's terms for details.
The App and all of its content — including questions, passages, answer explanations, hints, text, graphics, logos, the user interface, and the underlying software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
Qodorat & More is an independent exam-preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas), or any official examination authority. "Qudrat" and "Tahsili" refer to the names of the official examinations and are used for descriptive and educational purposes only.
You agree to use the App responsibly and in good faith. You must not:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we work hard to provide high-quality and accurate exam-preparation content, we do not guarantee any specific results, scores, exam outcomes, or university admission. Your performance depends on many factors that are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Qodorat & More or its owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qodorat & More and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the App, or us. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
Because you obtain the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following additional terms apply:
These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, any failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
Your use of the App obtained through Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
